No sound playing?

All the jacks work and come up. Its just no output. I tried with headphones on the same jack too .

Go to the speaker icon on that little popup menu next to where the clock and calendar is.  Look for the speaker Icon, right click it.  Press playback devices and make sure you have your playback device set to default.

This does not make any sense, what are you trying to say?

 

As is, it 'says' everything works it's just that it doesn't work.
