I think you can get inverted cases but even then I'm not sure if that's what you want.

 

EDIT: You would probably have to install your motherboard upside-down in your case, requiring a lot of intensive case modding. Not an easy process. Probably a few hours with the dremel.

I believe he means having the fans facing the CPU in the case versus the bottom of the case.

I have a thermaletake core x9 the mainboard is vertically built in. i look into the window of my case from the left side, this means i see the cpu and the backside of the graphic card, which is not very beautiful. So i now would need a card which is facing the cpu.

Nope. Not unless you watercool your video card, so all you see is the water block.

i thought about that too, but its a gigabyte 770gtx 4GB OC so i would need a cooling backplate because the 4gb version hast memory chips on the front and on the back and because of that its not a reference design

get a ribbon cable and make a bracket for it.
