Skyrim Hearthfire Bug *Help me!*

Hello.

 

I'm going through all the achievements for Skyrim and I'm at the last one (Master Architect). Basically you have to build all 3 houses available in Hearthfire.

 

I found this on my main save when adding the last wing to Windstad Manor. I select add the west wing and it says the design is added and then reappears in the list. It doesn't show on the workbench.

 

And help on this issue would be fantastic. I have tried to do it on a fresh character.

 

 

P.S I don't mind cheating (console / saves / mods etc.) as I've played thousands of hours of this game on PS3 & 360. Purely after the achievement.

Try it see if it yields the info you require to use setstage command(s)

 

I don't remember if you need supplies in inventory in order to see the foundation build option or not.  its typically the first and only thing you can build at the start of a wing if I recall.  So...

 

~ help "quarried stone" (or some such)

player.additem XXXXXXXX 20

 

and

 

~ help "sawn log"

player.additem xxxxxxxx 20

 

Though, I recall hearing that using console at all kills/halts all your trophy progression....so this might be better..

I'll give this a go. I ended up using a mod to unlock the achievement after trying a 3rd time on a new save. I've already horded like 3-4k of all the house materials so I should be good haha.
