A friend of mine is coming home soon and we are going to build him a gaming rig and our budget is $1000 USD.  I was hoping that someone (or someones) could put together a list of parts.  This budget includes a monitor (1080p), but no OS.  Also, his favorite color is green, so a green color scheme would be nice.
