1.I have an R9 380 by Sapphire. It's 1010MHz on stock and i pushed it to 1050MHz with +10% on the power limit. I got +6 AVG FPS, and I wonder if i can get around +15. If i push it to 20% and try around 1100MHz and I see artifacting, will that damage my card?

2.Ways to damage a card during overclocking? Voltages? Setting GPU clock to max?

3.Will overclocking the memory clock have any noticeable increase in FPS?

I'm using MSI Afterburner. I'm new to OC'ing, help me

1. if you see artifacting at 1100mhz, it means the overclock is unstable. back it off a little bit.

2. too much voltage, but you don't really damage it cuz its limited.

3. it will a bit, but its the core that will affect it most.

Cant really damage a card through overclocking (minus too much heat(or extreme voltages), but it thermal throttles still), games crash when you card is unstable.

Much thanks! I'll see how fan my card can go.
