Hi guys,

Mate looking to have a 'breath effect' in the base of his 800D. We've looked at a few options and the Aquaero is looking possible.

We've tried the phobya controller, but that's not working out (only white will pulse, none of the colours, and it goes fully off which is not wanted).

We've tried making our own with a bread board, transistor and other bits I know nothing about, but that's not working too well and can't change speed automatically.

Wondering what suggestions you guys have and if anyone's used/got an Aquaero 5, can it make LEDs 'pulse' and how controllable is it (speed, max brightness, min brightness) and can it change the speed given an input (CPU clock speed, CPU load, CPU temp whatever)?

The Aquaero would be great because we could then hook the pump and fans up aswell as he's looking for a system that'll be <inaudible with day-day workloads.

As always, help would be appreciated.

Already seen, when wired wouldn't work right and doesn't allow automatic adjustment given system load.
