No and something like that could be very dangerous.

Why? There's tons of safe ways to do this.

You could wire up a mains rated rocker switch, or go fancier with a time delayed relay to give the computer time to shut down.

A power strip is easiest though.

Well the safeness will depend on the person and incompetence could ruin your components.

The same could be said about just building or upgrading your own computer. I think it's not fair to call something unsafe just because you could hypothetically screw it up if you're being an idiot about it.
