So , i've upgraded from a 3770 on a mATX sniper g1 board to a 6700k on a hero viii mobo , and the boot time went up from 20s to 40s+ . Gotta specify : The huge difference is up until the little "buffering" animation , after that it only takes roughly a little bit over 5s to get on the desktop . But before that , there is a huge delay . It stays around 15s on the screen where you can enter bios ( tested it , the delay is set to 2seconds in bios , so it's not that ) , and over 15s to power on the monitor. What am i supposed to do ? thanks.

It's a good idea to reinstall windows ;)  :D   :)  :)  :)  ;)

Thanks , but obviously , i already did that. In a couple of days I should get a samsung 950 pro ssd , if speeds don't improve with that , i'm considering a warranty request for the motherboard.
