Hey guys!

I need some help with fan setup to keep a positive pressure on my Thermaltake V3 case.

I've purchased 5 Viper Akasa 120mm fans and a NXZT Mesh controller, and I'm trying to figure out the best layout for them.

Currently I've come to this design (yeah, mspaint king here)

But I'm not sure if on the inside of the case, the fans 2 and 3 would create some kind of turbulence on this config, or if both were intakes if they would cause issues with fan 1.

The curved thing up top would be some kind of air redirecting tube I'd do to avoid the cold intake pulling hot air from the exhaust.

In addition to that, my R9 290 has a exhaust fan as well.

Could you guys give me ideas on possible layouts?

I'd either have the two in the front be an intake and the top and back as exhaust, or maybe the one in the back as an intake as well. However the second option probably wouldn't be too beneficial.

I think that the way you're thinking about it, it would be kinda meaningless and might cause turbulence.

Sig under construction.

I think the fans on the top will cancel themselves. What about the CPU fan, are the fans on the top part of the AIO ?

I'd put the ones as intakes on the front, and the other ones as exhaust fans.

CPU Cooler for now is a stock Intel fan (4770k stock speeds)

Front and bottom intake, top and rear exhaust. You want to put exhaust fans at the top as hot air rises.

Wouldn't this cause the devilish negative pressure?

You can try putting only one fan on the top if you experience negative pressure.

Actually looking again i think i might be able to put 3 intake fans on the front, one exhaust on the top grill (leaving one empty), and one exhaust on the back (the one already installed). Won't fit due to the front usb connectors and power / reset buttons. :(

What if i do 2 and 3 low speed intakes (just enough to keep the hot air from rising inside the furniture where the pc is), 4 and 5 high speed intakes, and 1 full speed exhaust (that pushes the hot air to the back of the furniture, where it can rise and go away from me)?

That would be pretty balanced right?
