Yesterday i ran a thread about my hd7990 only running one of the gpu's while playing BF4.

I have found out that both of the gpu's is found by gpu-z and speccy but the 2nd gpu is idling all the time.

I can verify BF4 has Crossfire support -- I am running two HD 7970's in Crossfire (basically your HD 7990).

Make sure you are running the game in Full-Screen mode. Not Borderless. Not Windowed.

You mentioned GPU-Z detects two GPU's, BUT does it say Crossfire Enabled??

And...how to Enable Crossfire in Crimson...four steps...

it works; BF4 is an AMD title after all.  I know the R9 295X2 was able to drive BF4 on 1080p surround when the 290x could not, so it must have some sort of X-Fire support.  The question is how good is the scaling; that I do not know...

I might have found the problem, sort of.

I was first using the 16.1 Crimson hotfix driver, and was not able to use the second gpu on my 7990, i then used a few different CCC drivers, without luck, being desperate i tried to install the 15.11 crimson, and now both of the gpu's is working together :D
