Change that PSU to either a SeaSonic or EVGA G2/GS/B2 one.

 

I personally prefer the R9 390 over the GTX 970.

DONT GET ASUS NEVER GET ASUS their gpu's f**king suck d*** just putting that out there, I have two of their gpu's first has 65% ASIC quality and the 970 has 67% (Asic quality is for overclocking and stuff) and the cooling for it sucks, go for EVGA or MSI or something. if the ASIC quality is below 70% RMA it.
