Suggestions for my build?

Hello, I have a HP elite 8200cmt PC which i am going to be upgrading. here are the specs:

i3 2100 (from PC)

8GB DDR3 Generic ram (from pc)

Hitachi and seagate harddrives (from pc)

Zalman R1 (Bought)

ASUS P8P67 (Bought)

Modecome Feel 500w (Ill upgrade asap)

I5 stock heatsink (Found it laying around)

A 550TI or a HD 7850, which one is better, any other good graphic cards? (im buying a used one)

 

My resolution is 1400x900

I will be gaming, basic stuff etc

What FPS would i be getting on med-high on these games: GTA (all except V), gmod, JC2, Goat simulator, Mirrors edge, CS:GO, Hitman and some other non-demanding games.

 

Which is better, 550ti or HD 7850, or a diff. GPU? im buying used.

Used 7950. Upgrade the psu before anything though. I´d try getting a better cpu, at least a 2500k.

Right now i only got cash for a GPU, later on cash for a PSU then a CPU.

750ti then, I wouldn't risk anything more with that psu.
