So aside from the sarcastic answers, this is what I found out from 30 seconds of looking at Google results (seriously I'm spending more time typing this than I did reading):

A) it's a free and open source captive portal. A captive portal is when you log onto a public wifi hotspot and are presented a page that forces you to agree to terms, or sign in at an account, or whatever.

B ) one of the results talked about using it with OpenWRT. So I'm assuming you can get it to work that way

You asked about an "afoundary" router? I looked that up as well as it's not a brand I'm familiar with. Do you mean this? http://www.amazon.com/Afoundry-Wireless-Internet-Firewall-Computer/dp/B016BILZM6

If that router's normal software can't set up a captive portal, then I'd suggest trying to install OpenWRT on it. To find out if that is possible, you should ask over at their forums, where you'll get more informed support. As for Wifi Dog, unless someone else on the forum answers after me and says they've used it, I recommend you ask on that forum for more help.

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:
