Voltage

I think Intel's spec is a maximum of 1.5V, but the lower you can get it, the better. The general limit seems to be around 1.35 to 1.4V.

ASUS recommends a maximum of 1.35v on good air cooling, or 1.45v on good liquid cooling (360 radiator or better).

 

But it depends on your temperatures too.  70°C is a good temperature to stay under for stress tests other than Prime95.
