new graphics card, new problems

so i just went from r7 260x to gtx 660.

 

1.)drivers done correctly, from crimson to nvidia

2.)i find out my 500w PSU cannot not handle my system at full load(using the nuke launcher in fallout 4 ruins it)

3.) My system reboots itself, so i need a new power supply

4.)i use msi afterburner to limit the power(from 100% to 75%), not sure if this actually works but no more reboots.

5.)im then got a BSOD one hour after last auto reboot. Saying "Memory management" was the problem(dont know what that is)

6.) and then another BSOD with a different problem but i cant remember the name to that one.

I think that 500W should be enough to power it, but what else do you have hooked up to it?
