I've been considering Hackintoshing my old server and try to sell it for a bit more due to it being hackintoshed and because I just want to screw around with it. But I've read a few articles/threads that specifically mentioned i3's to i7's as well has HD4400 and HD4600 (and notably never once mentioned any Celerons, Pentiums, or regular HD graphics).

So I was wondering if I would run into any issues with the following hardware:

Pentium G3250 & MSI H81m-p33 board, the board shouldn't be a problem as I've found a guide specifically for the board, I'm just not sure about the cpu.

I'm fairly sure OS X requires some instruction sets that are only supported on Core I CPUs however I've never played with a Pentium G so I'm not sure if that would support the instructions or not?

Ask at Tony Mac X86, they'll tell you for sure.

I tried, I haven't gotten a response.
