Pc wont turn on

Hi Guys, i have a huge problem here. I have my pc right here and it wont turn on.

- I have it outside the case, on the mobo box.

- Only the Cpu, Cpu Fan, Ram, Gpu and Pwr switch are plugged.

- I have just tested the Psu and it works.

When I turn it on it doesnt turn on. Not any bep, nor mobo led. 1 week ago I built it and it turn on, and then it went of. It was plugged for 1 week, but the Psu was turn off.

Pls, i really need help

What components are u running?

All brand new or second hand?

Do u have a mobo speaker for the error beebs?
