help.. white screen before login screen

so sometimes when i open up my pc.. it is just white screen. then after i let it sit for 10 minutes login screen will show up.. but only 1 monitor works and im getting this error "

Fail to load dlls.Please install VGA driver" but sometimes it will boot normally.. ive reinstalled both vga drivers, scan for errors and virus but no luck.

 

PC SPECS:

• i5 4690k
• gtx 970
• 8gb ram

Where's plugged into what? Which monitor was showing?

"BOTH" vga drivers? What exactly do you mean by that?

Have you tried plugging into your MOBO video output? Perhaps you need to install some new Nvidia drivers or BIOS for mobo
