Dont put to much pressure on the chip (dont screw it in to tight) and dont move your system around to much and if you do take the cooler off and you will be fine.

The problem got attention after a test by pcgh.de . They tested the pressures of different coolers. The result:

The surface pressure of Scythe(multiple coolers) and Thermatake true spirit is to high.

Just buy none of the aforementioned and you're probably fine.

i am worrying more for the pressure that the panel will put

Any pressure from the side panel will be negligible compared to the mounting pressure of a cooler.
