Can't find the boot menu

Hey everyone,

 

I have this issue where my computer will go to sleep after sometime. It will wake itself up and after so many times I get a quick blue screen and the pc reboots. It goes to the bios splash screen and then fails to boot. Now I have two drives. A SSD that houses my Windows 10 os and an HDD for storage.

 

I attempted to go into the boot menu and make the SSD the only boot device. After I did the same issues persisted. I don't know whether this a Windows 10 issue or an issue with my bios? I recently updated my bios for my p67 extreme6 and also Windows 10.

 

I'm not sure which of these things could be causing it or if it's another issue altogether.
