I was wondering if this motherboard: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Dell-YRJFP-PowerEdge-C6145-Server-Quad-Socket-G34-DDR3-AMD-Motherboard-/201392443209?hash=item2ee3eccf49:g:oRUAAOSwDNdVrl2k

Paired with 4 of these cpus: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AMD-Opteron-6276-2-3-GHz-Sixteen-Core-OS6276WKTGGGU-Processor-w-Grease-/221979430173?hash=item33af014d1d:g:y2YAAOSwf-VWYonj

Is possible.  I would install 64gb of ddr3 ram which is cheaper than you think.

I really want to know if this is possible, or if I need some other stuff.  Thanks!  :)

That's a lot of power. What are you using it for?

G34 socket motherboard, and G34 socket CPU? Seems like they'll work together.

Cool, Idk what I would do with it to be honest.  Maybe run a couple of gaming servers.

You could probably run 4 simultaneously with all dem cores. :P

What kind of GPU would I need?

You don't need a GPU. The Integrated GPU takes care of everything.

Not much the Opterons are capable of since they are pretty old.

Make sure you have a PSU that will fit. You can't use a standart ATX one.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Supermicro-H8QGL-IF-G34-Motherboard-/281911378414?hash=item41a33a41ee:g:-MIAAOSwUV9Wmrun

Would this motherboard be a better option?

Otherwise with the motherboard mentioned above, if I get that dell power supply could I hook it up to 2 motherboards somehow?

Thanks!

That motherboard seems to be a better option since it has standard connectors and it has a PCIe-slot which you will probably need since those opterons dont have integrated graphics.
