Im getting confused, looking at specs of different fans.

What is the big deal, the real thing i have to look for when i want to see how much air the fan is moving?

H2O or CFM?

Those things, H2o and CFM, are both the baring on which your fan turns and will not effect the amount of air your fan moves, the thing you will want to look for would be RPM and fan size (and decibels if you have a thing about quiet computing) the higher the RPM then the more air it moves, similarly the larger the fan is then the more air it moves, but watch out as the fan mountings are only compatible with certain sizes of fan (depends on case, location of fan, etc.)

The first is the amount of static pressure the fan has and the other is for airflow without restrictions.

That being said, fans specs are generally unreliable and you should stick to benchmarks and in-depth reviews instead.

Look at tests that emulate the type of usage you'll need like having the fan on a heatsink or rad. Comparing the performance/noise ratio is a great place to start.

great thanks, that means, even though my fans has no restrictions intaking in my air 540, im still not sure that the specs are as good as in real life?

Fan specs should generally just be ignored--much of it ranges between inaccurate to totally bull.
