hi i need a the best PC for my friend he needs it to be under $700. the computer need to be able to game on mid to high in on most of the modern games and that is all this needs to do.

if someone could help me out with this that would help a lot.

Probably a krait or z97 pc mate
whatever psu thats from a reputable brand thats bronze 80+ and at least 450w
hyper 212 evo
windows 10 (lol)
If the budget allows then a R9 380, If not than maybe a 950, or 950ti.
a hard drive thats around 5k rpm
some value ssd from samsung/kingstone, other known brands like those
8gb of whatever ram thats from a reputable brand 


This should put you around 500-600, and you can make gradual upgrades along the way from there, i'll do a pc part picker rn.

-Puts an locked i3 with a Z170 board instead of a lower class board eg B150 Chipsets

-WD Red 3TB? 5400RPM? I believe a 1TB WD Blue would be good enough for a budget build.
