Will this fit my reference 290?

I saw this while looking at some 290X Lightning cards, and I was wondering if it fit my reference 290? I'd really like to swap the coolers if it does, my reference cooler is quite loud. According to EK the MSI card uses a normal PCB (or at least it's compatible with the reference full cover block) so I assume it does?

 

I want to make sure though. Should I get it if it does? Any way I can convince my mom to lend me $30?

HEEEEEYYYYYYYYYY. Wait a minute. Don't get that! It won't fit the reference 290. How do I know? When my powercolor 290x died, (should have tested it more), I slapped my MSI 290 Gaming cooler on it and it wouldn't fit at all. The PCB was bending like crazy because the CAP sizes are different. However, good guy microcenter still let me return it lol. The MSI gaming PCB is slightly different but that makes a big difference since these cooler's dimensions are down to the millimeters.

Its a X79 Shuttle barebones PC, and yea the side pannel is on all the time (except some times going to Firestrike personal bests) I can hit max OC on the 290x 1100Mhz on the core, 1250 on the mem, at +100ish on the voltage without thermal or PSU problems, albeit its hitting Mach 5 with afterburners activated.
