[HELP]

Ok, so I've gone into my command prompt and typed in ipconfig (because its been a while since I've done computer stuff). I then used the default gateway to login to my router and port forward (for minecraft and for Black Ops 3). It kept (and still is) saying timed out when I try to connect ( I'm using google chrome but I tried to use the edge browser and even IE). However, when I go into my CMD and try to ping it, it comes out just fine with 0 packets lost and about 64ms ping. any Ideas? no one in the household has been able to connect. I'm able to use everything else on my network just fine.

run chrome as admin? I've already ran it as admin with cmd when I pinged it.

I would assume you mean a soft reset, not a hard reset?

Have you tried flushing the DNS cache with ipconfig /flushdns
