so i just got a new laptop with a GTX 950M + i5 4200H, do i need to install driver for both of them or i just need to install the GTX 950M ? Because i installed GTX 950M already but it ran games horribly.

Most new laptops have drivers pre-installed. If you're installing the OS and everything from scratch then you should be able to just get the latest driver package from the NVidia website. The CPU should not be affected by drivers at all, although if any chipset drivers came with your laptop you should definitely install them before anything else.

edit, i mean both the GTX 950M driver and intel hD 4600 driver, sorry

You should install ALL of the drivers.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

The intel HD drivers are normally packaged with the chipset drivers, which like I said you should install before anything else just make sure everything is talking like it should be. Also I advice downloading the drivers from manufacturer's website to make sure you have the latest version. The intel HD drivers on their own however are not used when the GTX 950M is being used. Keep in mind that the 950M is pretty entry-level. I recommend to most people to run a free benchmark program like valley benchmark and compare the score online to other people with a similar set up.
