I have an issue with my graphics card underclocking in my laptop. When I start up the computer, the card runs at about 485 mhz maximum. It should be much higher than this. When I restart my computer, it runs perfectly fine at 1100+ mhz. What is causing this problem? There should be no need to restart my computer right after a normal start up.

I checked in the nvidia control panels and did not find anything that would cause my graphics card to do such a thing. I have the latest drivers from Nvidia also. Thank you!
