One thing to note is that those are not the actual CPU temps, those are the "thermal margin" temps meaning you have 28.38 degrees until your CPU starts to thermal throttle.

Yeah, that's true, I recommend using Speccy for checking temps, assume that 70 degrees is the throttling temperature, try to stay around 65 degrees max and you're good

From what I've read AMD Overdrive is the most accurate software for AMD temp reporting (Thermal Margin is the only real accurate number using the built in sensors). I've used three different apps to get my FX 6300 temps and all 3 show different temps but I can match the wrong temps up with the Thermal Margin in AMD Overdrive and get a good idea of how close I am to 0 using the wrong temps.

AMD Overdrive matches what Speccy says, but it annoyed me that it shows the thermal margin and you can't change it so decided not to use it anymore
