Acer Extended Smartphone

So....I don't need a laptop or a tablet, just a smartphone, and a display with an attachable keyboard....

Yeah I'll stick with a smartphone and a real laptop, if I'm going to carry around a 13" "screen+keyboard" to do "workstation" things, then why carry this?

Honestly looks and sounds stupid to me. Also the game has a huge amount of input lag.

The technology is definitely not there yet both in terms of hardware and software, this is very much a similar concept to ASUS PadFone, the idea definitely sounds interesting, I mean if you only need to do some browsing, maybe watch a few YouTube videos, word processing and some casual games, things which a smartphone can do without a problem, but you don't want to limit yourself to a relatively small screen and a software keyboard, why not have an ultra cheap, thin and light laptop which uses the phone's processing power? For that matter some people might be better off having a display, keyboard, mouse and speaker setup at home all attached to a dock which would allow you to power everything with a smartphone.
