Can anyone help me to find out if these components are compatible, as this is my first build I do not really know what I should be looking for, Do not mind if I have to spend an extra 100-200 if there is a much better upgrade choice. This Pc will be used primarily as a workstation but May sometimes be used for medium quality gaming. Was thinking of upgrading to an i5 but I do not know what that would entail

Use http://pcpartpicker.com/ to determine if your build is compatible or not.

they are all compatible... you are aware though that there is no storage solution on your list. Though there are not many compability issues with those.

I don't see any issues with this setup except for the lack of a HDD and the fact that an I3 CPU is not a good choice for a workstation. An I5 or I7 is a much better choice. I also agree with IPickle get an unlocked CPU (4790k, 4690k etc.) This will allow you to get better performance over a longer period of time.

On a somewhat related note I have that exact mobo running in my rig. So far no problems, my only complaint is the lack of SLI support.

The only thing we have to fear is... Stupidity...
