Hey all, I was looking at the new G752, which has a 970m and skylake(DDR4) with gsync and ips priced at 1650. Buuut, I saw the G751JY 100 bucks cheaper with a 980m and a i7 4720(DDR3) still has gsync and ips.

Should I go for the g751 or g752?

Does the 980m outweigh the ddr4/skylake?

In terms of GPU horsepower, yes. Other aspects not sure.

Does the 980m outweigh the ddr4/skylake?

Considering the 6700HQ is equal OR SLOWER than a 4720HQ I'd go for a 980M just for the extra 30% GPU horsepower
