Help me find a budget gpu?

If you are bored and feel like browsing ebay (hence why it's off topic) I'd like to find a graphics card for a friend used for under 70ish bucks that can do ok at 1080p. Must be better than a r7 240 or 250.

750 Ti's go for like 120 bucks new, how is this a bad deal?

Yeah, I know, but you're shaving off 25 bucks.. He wanted 75 bucks or less...

I don't know if you can find something this powerful for 75 bucks
