YouTube custom URL help

I am trying to add a custom URL for my YouTube channel JustTech but when I go and click "Get URL" 

 

I get this

  

 

 

Please Help I want to get the URL to be youtube.com/c/justtech

I have linked my website that i bought justtech.tech (it doesn't have hosting yet)

I know I have to wait till 100 subs but it also said if you link a website you also get a custom URL so I linked my website and when i went to "GET URL" youtube.com/c/JusttechTech came up I wanted youtube.com/c/justtech

Yes I know what it says but remember it says that you get what your url for your site is so I can tell you site is justtech.tech so if you want only justtech you will need to wait till you have 100 subs. That is how it works.
