Does anyone know of small yet effective ups battery backup for my PC in case of power cuts etc?

Any suggestions are welcomed I just want something small but still packs a punch.

Thanks

Modern PSUs have active PFC and may need a UPS with a pure sinewave rather than a simulated one to avoid any problems.

An example: http://www.amazon.co.uk/CyberPower-CP1300EPFCLCD-Backup-Sinewave-Sockets/dp/B00BUJBDLK/

Almost as cool as my temps

Go for APC

and get a min wattage that your psu is

This will allow the computer to keep running on battery during a power cut even when running under max load, however the battery won't last very long doing this, it would just about give you enough time to shut down.

Even Better Iknow with APC you can plug them in the computer and when the APC hits like 15% it will tell the computer to shutdown.

I love it.

What are your system specs we can get a better idea of your needs with that for a UPS system.
