That's why I pointed to the Sapphire ITX version. It has a single-fan radial cooler which is what Asus used on the 970. It will work just fine :)

So it need to be 2GB then and not 4GB, thanks for the help :) is it any worth spending extra for a 380X?

definitely. 380X is 10% above a 380 and 25% above a 960

as for the ITX 380 - I am 100% sure a 4GB version exists.
