Bad SSD and a fire-hazard PSU.

Get something from Sandisk for your SSD and a SeaSonic/XFX/Antec High Current Gamer PSU instead.

I may have exaggerated a bit but that doesn't stop the fact that it shouldn't be used in a build like this.

The CX600 is fine for a CPU with a 63W TDP and a 120W GPU. However there are obviously better choices this isn't the worst one a first time builder could choose. Next time explain that the CX series of PSU's aren't a good choice because-

  • They're overpriced for what you get
  • They have a low temperature tolerance (30°c)
  • They use no Japanese capacitors

I prefer the "potential house fire" reason  :D

It's not bad, it's just not as good as other PSU's in it's price range. Diablotek PSU's are bad. Also people need to know why things are good / bad so they can make informed decisions based on wants and needs.

Then I'd point them out to the several PSU whitelists/tiers on this forum showcasing the CX series as barely passable or simply "meh".

Yeah, they're decent enough for cheap budget office builds, but I'm not going to recommend them for a gaming system such as OPs.

Neither would I recommend one, but you need to explain to people why you wouldn't.

Then I'd say the reasons stated by yourself.

That is, if they actually ask. Crowd mentality works wonders.

The problem now is that malaysian school only uses microsoft office and im using that pc for school works and games. And the reddit software swap is literally just buying from online right?

i don't have any experience buying the os from reddit, but yes, it's buying the software online.

what's your budget for this build and in which currency?
