Usb dac/amp under 100$.

Looking for an amp/dac combo under 100€ (110$), I live in Italy so I'd avoid products from companies like Shiit audio that have very good products (so i heard) but insane shipping costs, any advice? I was thinking about the fiio e10k, I am currently using an entry level usb sound card (the xonar u3) and a pair of hyperx cloud headset (60 ohm), is not a matter of power but I want cleaner audio and no more hiss while using iems.

I like Mayflower electronics' ODAC 2, but its not less than $100.
