iPad mini wont start up

So my Apple iPad Mini 1.st Gen wont boot up anymore even with power plugged in.

i tried soft / hard reset on it, i took it apart and replaced LCD / Touchscreen / Battery.

Still nothing.

Some say it could be the Power Manager ic ( Chip ) but i do not think so.

any clues?

My advice would be get a new one. And get apple care or what ever its called, personally i hate apple

Normally, I would say get a new battery. But you did. So yep, its pretty much dead forever.

 

Probably should get a new one (I'd recommend a full iPad, but that's just me)
