Win10 bluescreens while booting

Upon first booting my PC after it was powered down for aprox.4-5 hours, it will bluescreen whith either Kernel_security_check_failur / page_in_nonpaged_area / irql_less_or_equal . I restart the PC via the reset switch and from there on everything works like a charm. I've already swapped my boot ssd.

_{It only happened once? Before or after the ssd replacement? Can you replicate the error?}

I'm betting on some kind of memory problem. Make sure you memory is seated probably, and run memtest86

it happens everytime on booting into windows after a longer time shut down

i did the memtest and it came out with no errors whatsoever
