OBS issue x264

when i put my output file in x264,the recorded video does not appear,but when i put im amd h264 the video is blurry sometimes (cos amd encoder kinda sucks for gameplay)

 

I need help/ a guide to this issue

IDK i just use NVENC. That's nvidia only :(
