I5 6500?

Was planning on buying this cpu, I am building a gaming/streaming rig. Wasn't sure if it would make sense to just buy the i7 or wait longer and just upgrade the cpu later?

If you can, I would get an i7 6700(k if you want to overclock) but a 6500 should do just fine.
