Are these quiet?

It says so in the name.

 

Still not as quiet as noctua, but for red led fans they are.

I have the normal non quiet 140mm version of these and they are fairely hard to hear. and my pc is next to me on the table

I have the blue version of these right now and they're...okay,they could be quieter. You can also probably set your fans to a lower speed to make them quieter.

This is for the non-led versions which are significantly better.

Corsair led fans aren't that quiet.

I don't know of any very quiet red led fans. The usual quiet go-to led fans for me are Gelid Wings which come in blue of green.

Can your hear them enough to bother you when having your headphones in? 

Well, I use beats for headphones so I can barely hear anything but my music. I just tried with regular headphones and I can slightly hear them but only when I concentrate on the noise. Overall, their actually a pretty good set of fans.
