First PC build

Go to solution Solved by HKZeroFive,
The i5 will be better at gaming with its more powerful individual cores, paired with the R9 380. Gave you a better PSU:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($174.89 @ OutletPC)

Motherboard: ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($71.88 @ OutletPC)

Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 380 4GB PCS+ Video Card  ($164.99 @ Newegg)

Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($64.99 @ Directron)

Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($50.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Total: $607.71

I am kind of a noob when it comes to building PC's. Here is what I have in mind...

AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor

Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

MSI Radeon R7 360 2GB Video Card

NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Or http://pcpartpicker.com/p/24cB23

It would be mainly used as a gaming rig.

Any feedback or criticisms please leave a comment.

I would like the keep the price around the $600 point.

Thanks in advance.
