Push or Pull? Rad+Filter

I watched this twice:

 

In my new Fractal Define S I bought it just to seal the top panels to reduce dust and cat hair... Just got a new kitten and dust is the bane of my existence in my home... so the plan was a front mount rad/AIO and a 140mm Corsair HF exhaust in the rear with a possible 120mm on the floor of the case blowing up. The new temporary (custom loop in a few months) came finally and its a 360mm DEEPCOOL Captain 360. Pretty thin and the fans are decent- for now. 

my motherboard has many 4 pin connectors so a push/pull IS possible. Jay has another video with temps and what not and it makes no difference with push or pull. I use the fan filter that came with the case as well so there is resistance there. I am thinking going pull since there is the rad and the filter.

 

pull? case fan filter>rad>fan

 

or should I do push? case fan filter>fan>rad

even with filters there is still going to be dust betwen fan and radiator if you do push
