My computer randomly freezes, most of the times when I have a game and youtube running, in the beginning I thought its an unstable overclock of my cpu, but I turned it down and still it freezes.

I think it must be my ram and/or my power supply

How do I test my ram for stability`?

First try to find out if it's the power supply, as this is the most common point of failure for computers. Try a different power supply and try stressing your system with benchmarking tools like furmark and so on. Memory doesn't commonly develop faults over time but you can test it with Memtest or Prime95. Be careful with Prime95 as it can aggressively overheat your CPU or even draw so much current that your motherboard is damaged.

I have a i7-4770k and a gtx 770 both at stock, my power supply is the corsair vs 650 but I dont have another power supply to test it ):
