Storage: Seagate 1TB HDD + Seagate 2TB HDD
Case: Cooler Master Elite 301
Power Supply: Corsair VS Series 450W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10
Front Case Fan: Cooler Master 120MM Sickle Flow X Blue Led Fan

 

Now my budget for Graphic Card is 21,000 INR aka 312.61 USD

 

Shortlisted Graphic Card-  Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 Strix DirectCU II Graphics Card (4 GB, GDDR5, PCI Express 3.0, HDMI, DVI-I, 3 x Display Port)

Well you can get a 970 for 22000 INR. Just go check in the local shops and you may find it for much lesser than that.

Yes but if he's fine with a blower style cooler and remember that's 22000+ tax usually

Will gtx 960 and 970 (includind asus strix though) able to run fairly even its stock boost clock mode with my power supply (Corsair VS Series 450W)? And also I don't have 8pin connector for 970 think so. Any solution for that?
