So I have a monster build coming up; I was planning to use a 5960x and a 980ti HOF edition. Alot of people have, plain and dry it's a really good build.

But I'm in the process of saving up...and I'm wondering If I oughta just wait for the next set of chips. No point in having a really good rig if I could have had a 2x better rig by waiting five months or so....right? I know technology moves fast but when you know what's going to happen and you buy something lesser anyways idk...

If I don't buy a cpu I'll have to keep gaming on my surface pro 2 till then (little guy holds up well, no grudges there) do y'all think it will be worth it or just dumb?

Shipping sucks
