I'm sure you can but I don't think it would be quite as good as the nvidia equivalent as it has a dedicated h264 encoder and you can use the shield streaming through an app called moonlight. I tried Kainy a while ago I don't know whether it supports AMD but it wasn't as good as limelight(moonlight)(it was called this a while ago)
