Every time I boot up skype, right away it says:

9e1a489cca1063753780530b696aecba.png

It did this before I updated it, and when I got the update notification, I updated it. But it is still happening...

Anybody know of a solution or what is going on?

(This has happened just tonight)

Have you tried reinstalling it? If not try that, most of the time that works (delete all traces of it, within CCleaner).

Also what os are you running?

Running windows 10.

How do I remove all traces of it? I can't find the files.

Running windows 10.

How do I remove all traces of it? I can't find the files.

1. Uninstall the program via the control panel

2. Download CCleaner and run it on the app "skype".

3. Go to the search bar, search "run" and click on it, then search "%appdata%" and find skype and delete it.

Then all traces should be gone and your good to reinstall

Might add this later...

Just clarifying things, So you did all the steps I told you to do and reinstalled skype?

Sounds like it's something your side to do with the software, if the above didn't help, I don't know what will.

Wasn't a way to run it on skype, if you mean repair it.

Also did go in file explorer and deleted everything there,

I did uninstall it through CCleaner and also delete everything in %appdata%
