hey im just wondering what the best top down cpu cooler that has a replaceable fan is

 

it will be cooling an i5 4690k in the Corsair AIR 240

Would like to keep it under $100 CAD

 

price is no matter = Cryorig C1 

slightly cheaper = Cooler Master Gemin II

even cheaper = Noctua NH-L12

cheaper still = Scythe Big Shuriken 2

cheaper pls = Zalman CNPS2X  didnt see that "replaceable fan" bit..

bang for the buck = Scythe Shuriken Rev.B or EKL Alpenföhn Silvretta or Cryorig C7

all of the above are under 100cad

They all perform pretty similarly and I'd suggest just going with the cheapest option especially if the fan is going to be replaced anyway.
